Minnesota has charged an ICE officer with assault for alleged actions during immigration surge
charges.
The officer is identified in the complaint as 35-year-old Gregory Donnell Morgan, Jr., a Maryland resident who was part of ICE's Enforcement and Removal Operations division at the time
